Updated Prototype

I did a lot of background work for new systems: Saves, Options, Sound, Upgrades and more.

Most of it is not hooked up yet, so the Prototype still feels really simple.
This is also probably the last Prototype. Because from now on setting up a playable build gets more complicated. So I should use the dev time for other stuff.
